Absolutely AMAZING customer service!! I cannot recommend Mercedes and her online shop enough. It felt like a bespoke service the whole way through, with Mercedes helping me with embroidery ideas for my business which enhanced everything hugely. She is so kind, so willing to help, and on top of all that the products I received were absolutely beautiful. They were great quality blankets and the stitching was so carefully done. Absolutely in love with the hoodie that was made for my son who loves Jupiter!! I told them what I wanted and they were great in responding and told me the size to get too otherwise I would have got one far too small! The detail on Jupiter is so gorgeous and my son loves it. Can’t wait to get more custom made items from them again!!

I recently ordered a personalised baby blanket for my lovely neighbours.
When I contacted Mercedes about what I was hoping for she helped me through choosing the font and colour that I wanted for the baby's name emboidery and whether I wanted any other decoration. I chose to add a couple of small hearts to signify their love for the little fellow. Mercedes was amazing and guided me through the whole process with patience and kindness. Once the blanket arrived it was even more soft and beautiful than I had expected and a really good size, they'll be able to use it to snuggle him up for years to come. Just wanted to say thank you so much to Yaya, I don’t normally write reviews but I just had to come on here to thank you, this made the birthday sleepover so special, the girls loved it so much and were showing off to their parents/sisters lol also the quality is perfect and the sizing is exactly what we needed (one was a super tall 7 year old and was unsure of sizing but they were all spot on).
