At Yaya Custom Embroidery, we take pride in crafting unique, personalized items tailored specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of these products, we have specific policies regarding their purchase, return, and exchange:

Order Confirmation:

  • Please double-check all details, including names, dates, and any other personalization information, before placing your order. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective or incorrect due to our error. This is because custom products are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If your personalized item arrives damaged or with errors (different from what was ordered), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description and photographs of the issue to our customer service team at sales@yayacustomembroidery.co.uk.
    • Resolution: We will either replace the defective or incorrect item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders for personalized items can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the production process begins, and cancellations are not possible.

Processing and Shipping Times:

  • Personalized items may require additional processing time due to their custom nature. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for production in addition to standard shipping times.

Accuracy and Quality:

  • We strive for accuracy and high quality in all our personalized products. Please ensure that all customization details provided are correct. Yaya Custom Embroidery is not responsible for errors in personalization due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
