Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve the embroidery.
Do not iron directly on the embroidered area.

Shipping and Processing:

Please allow 5 business days for digitisation of your photo and 3 more days for before shipping. We convert your photo to stitches with great care and that takes time. Contact us with any queries, we'll be happy to answer them.
