How to Order:

First Send us Your Pet's Photo: Provide a clear, high-resolution image of your pet to ensure accurate embroidery. Send them to sales@yayacustomembroidery.co.uk We will review your photo and send you an Order Confirmation Number. You will need this number to formalize your order.

You can now come back to the page to place your order

Select Your Preferences: Choose your preferred colour and size sweatshirt from the options provided.
Provide Pet's Name: Enter your pet's name as you would like it to appear on the sleeve.
Place Your Order: Add the customized sweatshirt to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Send us your pet´s photo: Include your order number, the name of your pet and a clear photo of your pet's face. We will contact you to confirm the suitability of the photo you've sent us.

Care Instructions:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colours.
Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve the embroidery.
Do not iron directly on the embroidered area.

Shipping and Processing:

Please allow 5 business days for digitisation of your photo and 3 more days for before shipping. We convert your photo to stitches with great care and that takes time. Contact us with any queries, we'll be happy to answer them.
